Prayer
Prayer is central to The King’s Church Mid-Sussex; we speak of it as the “engine room” of church life and this is expressed in our Sunday meetings and in community groups. However, there are also other settings where we gather specifically to pray.
Monthly Worship & Prayer
We meet once a month on a Sunday evening from 6:30-8.00pm to pray and worship together. The next worship and prayer evening will take place on 12th September at the Age Concern Building, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath.
Men’s Prayer Meeting
On alternate Saturday mornings, a number of men gather to pray from 7.30-8.30am. We pray for each other, for the church and for the world. These times together are becoming increasingly significant.
Women’s Prayer Meetings
There are two opportunities for women to gather and pray. Fortnightly, on Wednesday mornings at 10.15am in various homes and once a month on a Saturday morning from 7.30-8.30am. |
