Leadership Team

Jim & Dominique Partridge

Jim is Lead Elder and has been leading the leadership team since January 2008. He has been on the staff of The King’s Church since 2006 and before that spent eleven years working for an organisation called Spring Harvest, organising and leading various events and conferences for churches and youthworkers. Dominique spends her time looking after their three children and enjoys doing décor for various events and weddings. Together they enjoy renovating houses and eating curry.

Steve & Carol Cornford

Steve is an Elder at the church and has been on the leadership team since 2005. He trained and worked as an engineer before leading Burgess Hill Community Church. He led this church through to it joining together with The King’s Church Haywards Heath to form The King’s Church Mid-Sussex. Carol is a primary school teacher and works part time whilst also looking after their daughter and son. Steve is a coffee enthusiast and a cheese fanatic!

Reuben & Ann Lyons

Reuben has been on the leadership team since 2003 when he, Ann and their family moved to Mid-Sussex from Eastbourne. He trained and worked as a teacher before working for a local church. Ann looks after their three children and if you go to their house you will probably end up listening to either Johnny Cash or Bruce Springsteen.
